RHINO 2.0 is an interactive multimedia installation, aiming at creating a theatrical space inside a gallery, Inspired by the Play Rhino by Eugene Ionesco. As a metaphor for uncertainty and fear, does the rhino really exist? From disbelief to admittance, acknowledgment to assimilation, the artwork addresses the presence of the absent body. The change in the number of the audience will trigger the corresponding number of actor voices, and the outlines are captured and superimposed with rhino. The projection wall can be regarded as the "fourth wall" of the theater's proscenium. The continuously overlapping scenes break the exhibition wall and extend the space, and the superimposed rhino effect further increases the depth of the space. In this cross-media information system, the audience can trigger multi-media performances in the theater, form a dramatic composition, and create a theater without actors and stage.
